Paul Nussbaum, PRBSA Director of Player Development and Training
Paul Nussbaum (Coach "Nussie") has agreed to lead PRBSA Player Development and Training program. Coach Nussbaum has over a decade of managerial experience that includes in-house, tournament team, and AAU/national competition for ages 9-15.
The following individuals are also part of the PR Training and Development Staff:
Doug Strange
Doug is a former major league player who brings a wealth of knowledge to our training program. Doug has youth baseball coaching experience and assisted the 10U tournament team last season. Doug will provide instruction in hitting and fielding.
Matt LaNeve
Matt played into college. Coached for last 15 years including 5 years at the AAU level with 4 teams being ranked in the top 20 by travel ball select.
Al Yoklic
Al has coached youth baseball for many years including in-house, tournament play, and AAU.
Tom Miller
Tom has coached youth baseball for several years including in-house, tournament play, and AAU.
Mark Colella
Mark pitched at Cornell University (Division I), where he was an Academic All American, and a finalist for the 1984 Olympic basebll team. Mark has coached both in-house and travel teams for the past 5 years. Mark will teach pitching skills.
Joe Riley
Joe has several years of coaching in-house and with tournament play for the 10 and 11 year old teams.
Gary Hitechew
Gary is the current President of PRBSA and has several years of coaching both in-house and tournament teams.
Bob Petcash
Bob has coached youth baseball at the in-house and tournament level of play.
Dave Zynn
Dave has coached in-house and tournament teams. He has many years of working in the youth program and assisted Coach Nussbaum with the 2007 Cooperstown team.
David DeLuca
David has been involved in baseball for 20 years as either a player or coach. He has been a head or assistant coach for in-house, 9u, and 10u tournament teams for the past five years.
Robert Gleyze
John McFarland
John has coached at the varsity level for 3 years at Laurel and also coached at the Colt level 15-16's Laurel. He has also coached the 9-10's here at Pine and lastly with Gary and the 12 Green tournament team last summer.

Phil Jones
Phil has coached youth sports for the past eight years; including in-house baseball for the past four years. He was an assistant coach for the 11U Green tournament team in 2008.

Thomas Woodrow
Tom Woodrow has been coaching baseball in the PRBSA for 4 years. He has had a variety of experience coaching in T-Ball, Manager Pitch and Minors. He is the head coach for the 9 year old 2009 Winter Clinic Tournament Team. Tom played High School baseball and 3 years of post-High School City League baseball in Huntingdon, PA.
